A gripping, insightful, entertaining novel! As a Christian psychotherapist for almost 30 years I highly recommend “All The Other Voices”. Coming from a holistic perspective, the author has woven together the complex psychodynamic and spiritual aspects of mind and soul.
The reader will gain great insight into the source and dynamics of common issues such as: fear, anxiety, shame, self-doubt, self-esteem, and temptations. Perhaps the unique surprise is a glimpse into the unseen spiritual battles that are real. These battles demonstrate how crucial and protective faith is.
Couldn’t put it down! Powerful, penetrating, soul searching and emotionally provoking. The story of Marina coming to grips with how she brands herself, then finding and having to deal with the truth, digs deep into the voices we all struggle with. It isn’t until she makes herself vulnerable and begins to search for the voice of truth that she discovers her true identity. She is never far from her family’s dynamics and their impact on her. There was so much I could relate to in this story; at times bringing me to tears. This author has been able to articulate in a very real way voices that so many of us struggle to understand.
